We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at Style Lush Salon. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know at the time of service or within 48 hours after you service was performed.
All Services are non-refundable but we will be more then happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge.
The service must be a mistake from the service provider not something that you might have changed your mind about (after the service has been performed). In case of a disagreement a redo must be validated. You have 48 hours to contact the salon directly (not the stylist that performed the service) to receive a complimentary service to adjust any dissatisfaction.
It is important you contact the salon as soon as possible so that we can take corrective measures. Anything after 48 hours of service will no longer be the responsibility of the salon to correct.
Please keep in mind using box color or going from darker to lighter tones may result in more then one service to achieve your desired result.
Right to Refuse Services
Style Lush Salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to any member of our staff or patrons of the salon.
We will be happy to exchange any product within 48 hours of sale and with a valid receipt of purchase. Store credit will be issued or you will be able to exchange the product for a product of equal value
Cancellation and Reschedule Policy
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment with enough notice we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. The clients on our waiting list miss out on the opportunity to receive services. Our stylists depend on keeping their schedules full. Please be respectful and make any cancellations or reschedules, before 48 hours of your appointment time.
You will receive a text reminder of your appointment 24 hours before you scheduled appointment. If at last minute you cannot make the appointment please call and reschedule the appointment.
Appointment can be rescheduled before 24 hours of appointment time with no penalty of charges.
Within 24 hours of Scheduled appointment:
First one is on us, no charges for appointment time
Second Time there will be a charge of 50% of original service price to compensate the stylist and time held for the appointment
Third Time there will be charge of 100% of original service to compensate the stylist and time held for the appointment
NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS:
First No Show Appointments there will be a charge of 50% of original service price to compensate the stylist and time held for the appointment.
Second No Show Appointment there will be a charge of 100% of original service to compensate the stylist and time held for the appointment.
