Our Service Guarantee
We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at Style Lush Salon. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know at the time of service or within 48 hours after you service was performed.
All Services are non-refundable but we will be more then happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge.
The service must be a mistake from the service provider not something that you might have changed your mind about (after the service has been performed). In case of a disagreement a redo must be validated. You have 48 hours to contact the salon directly (not the stylist that performed the service) to receive a complimentary service to adjust any dissatisfaction.
It is important you contact the salon as soon as possible so that we can take corrective measures. Anything after 48 hours of service will no longer be the responsibility of the salon to correct.
Please keep in mind using box color or going from darker to lighter tones may result in more then one service to achieve your desired result.
Right to Refuse Services
Style Lush Salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to any member of our staff or patrons of the salon.
We will be happy to exchange any product within 48 hours of sale and with a valid receipt of purchase. Store credit will be issued or you will be able to exchange the product for a product of equal value.
48 Hour Cancellation Policy
We understand that conflicts arise and appointments may need to be rescheduled in order to respect the time of both our clients and staff we simply ask that you provide us with 48 hour notice to cancel or reschedule any appointments. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in an additional charge of $25.00 on the second offense.
If there is a no show for the appointment you will be required to provide a non-refundable 50% deposit of the service to secure any future appointments. If that appointment is not keep or changed according to this policy the deposit will be forfeited.
